Young Adult Services , and we are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and values-driven
CQC Registered Manager
to lead this exciting new phase of growth. This is a chance to do more than manage a service

young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs

As the
CQC Registered Manager , you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the service. You will play a key role in establishing a positive culture, embedding best practice, and ensuring the service meets all regulatory, safeguarding, and quality standards. You will work closely with senior leaders to support Para Groups expansion into young adult services and help create a service that is known for quality, compassion, and strong outcomes. Key responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day running of the service Ensure full compliance with
CQC regulations
and quality standards Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management Implement and monitor policies, procedures, and operational systems Ensure young adults receive high-quality, person-centred care and support at all times Promote a proactive safeguarding culture across the service Ensure the service operates in line with its
Statement of Purpose Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team Drive continuous improvement and support the growth of the service Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders About you
You will be a confident and experienced care leader with a strong understanding of regulated services and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcomes for young adults. Essential criteria
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care
(or equivalent) Previous experience in a management role within adult residential care Experience supporting
adults with learning disabilities and complex needs Strong knowledge of
CQC regulations
and quality standards Proven experience in safeguarding and risk management Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills Full UK driving licence Desirable
At least
2 years experience
in a similar management role Experience supporting the setup, development, or improvement of a service Passion for innovation and service development within young adult care Why join Para Group?
