Youll take charge of a childrens residential service and lead it confidently through its improvement and registration journey.

Ofsted Registered Manager
role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on leadership, clear accountability, and working closely with a local authority that is investing in quality and long-term service development. Youll have the scope to embed strong practice while being supported by experienced senior leadership.
Package & Benefits £350 per day. Flexible working pattern, typically four days per week on site. Accommodation support available for overnight stays where required. Opportunity for extended contracts beyond the initial term. Immediate start available.
About the Company You will be working with a local authority childrens services provider focused on improving outcomes through stable leadership, safe practice, and strong governance. Several new homes are progressing through registration, with clear structures and support in place for managers.
Key Responsibilities Lead the home in line with the Statement of Purpose, Childrens Homes Regulations, and Quality Standards. Manage and support the staff team through effective supervision, leadership, and oversight. Oversee safeguarding, care planning, and risk management to ensure childrens needs are fully met. Drive service improvement and prepare the home for Ofsted registration and inspection.
About You Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent. Minimum four years experience within childrens residential care. Previous experience successfully completing at least one Ofsted registration. TPBN1_UKTJ
