Salary & Rewards Up to
£75,000 salary
(DOE) Performance-driven bonus structure : Ofsted rating bonuses KPI-based bonuses Registered Manager performance incentives Company car £100 birthday gift Referral bonuses up to £500 Long service rewards (including paid weekend getaway) About the Role As a Dual Registered Manager, you will take full accountability for the leadership, compliance, and performance of two homes. You’ll ensure exceptional care standards, maintain full Ofsted compliance, and create an environment where young people can thrive and progress towards independence. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted children’s home Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People’s Residential Care) Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and achieving Good/Outstanding ratings Experience managing teams and driving performance across services Passion for delivering high-quality, child-centred care
