Essential (own vehicle required) An experienced Registered Manager is required to lead an Ofsted-registered, dual-registered solo occupancy childrens home in Merseyside. This is a key leadership role offering full operational responsibility and the opportunity to deliver high-quality, therapeutic care in a well-supported environment. The home supports young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and trauma-related needs. About the Role As Registered Manager, you will: Lead the day-to-day running of the home in line with Ofsted regulations Ensure strong safeguarding, compliance, and risk management practices Deliver high-quality, individualised care and placement stability Recruit, lead, and develop a small residential care team Maintain accurate records and care documentation Work closely with local authorities and external professionals Create a safe, nurturing, and empowering home environment Drive positive outcomes for children and young people Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and a values-led approach are essential.
