Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (EBD) Devizes, Wiltshire Are you an experienced Registered Manager/ Deputy Manager looking to step up for a role where you can truly make a difference? You will have the autonomy to lead, the backing of a supportive senior team, and the chance to shape a service that genuinely transforms young lives. The Role: As Registered Manager, you will take full leadership of a residential home supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). Your responsibilities will include: * Leading, mentoring and developing the team. * Overseeing care plans and quality standards. * Managing staffing, rotas and budgets. * Ensuring Ofsted and regulatory compliance. * Carrying out audits and driving service improvement. * Working closely with families and professionals. About You: * We are looking for someone who has: * At least 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within the last 5 years. * Experience in an EBD residential setting. * Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015. * Proven leadership experience. * A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, or is working towards it.
