About You

* Be confident in safeguarding, regulation and trauma-informed practice
* Have experience supporting or leading *Ofsted registration* (desirable)
* Be motivated by building a high-quality service rather than running large occupancy
What We Offer
* Competitive *two-stage salary structure* linked to registration
* *Performance-related bonus* of up to 15%
* Opportunity to build and lead a *high-quality specialist service from inception*
* Supportive Responsible Individual and provider oversight
