Salary: Up to £53,300 per annum + £10,000 performance-related bonus Location: Hatch Beauchamp, Somerset Lead an established home with a strong foundation and make a lasting impact. Homes2Inspire are looking for a passionate and experienced Registered Children s Home Manager to lead our welcoming home in Hatch Beauchamp , an established service rated Good by Ofsted (June 2025) . The home provides care and accommodation for up to three young people aged 10 17 , both male and female. What You ll Be Doing: Leading the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Inspiring and developing a passionate staff team. Building strong relationships with local services, schools, and community partners. Embedding therapeutic care practices and maintaining a positive culture. Managing safeguarding, health and safety, and all operational aspects. Working closely with the Responsible Individual and wider strategic partners to shape the home s future. What You ll Bring: Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it). At least two years recent experience in a supervisory or management role within a registered children s home. Strong leadership and team-building skills.
