Role: Childrens Registered Manager
Location: Mansfield Hours: Full-Time, MondayFriday (40 hours, 9am5pm) Salary: £50,000
£60,000 + performance bonus + on-call allowance

Who Theyre Looking For
A motivated, values-driven Registered Manager or Deputy Manager
Someone with real passion for outcomes, culture and therapeutic care
Strong understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
Level 5 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to undertake)
A resilient leader who can build a home that feels safe, stable and aspirational
Your Responsibilities
Lead Ofsted registration and the successful opening of a new solo childrens home
Recruit, inspire and develop a small, high-performing team
Deliver a therapeutic, nurturing environment for one child with complex needs
Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations and Ofsted expectations
Build collaborative relationships with local authorities and multi-agency partners
Maintain a culture rooted in safety, consistency, reflection and long-term progress
