As a Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our young people.
Your leadership will be essential in managing staff, developing care plans, and maintaining compliance with Ofsted regulatory requirements. \n Duties \n* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring that all staff provide high-quality care to young people. \n* Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans tailored to meet the needs of each child.
