The Purpose of the role is to lead in the day to day operational management of Vincentian Care Plus (VCP) through effective leadership and delivery of high quality care within the framework of Care Quality Commission’s Fundamental Standards of Care. The Registered Manager will be accountable and will be working closely with the Chief Executive Officer to encompass the management of all services within the organisation’s policies and procedures. To provide high quality homecare services that support the rights of the individual to live the lives they choose as far as they are able, and deliver the service as per the contract requirements of Westminster City Council. To lead and promote VCP’s philosophy, values, aims and approach in providing high quality homecare services.
