We have a range of in-house leadership and management development programmes to support your career development.About CopperfieldsLocated on Cross Green Lane in East End Park, Copperfields has 30 bedrooms across three nurse-led units, creating a homely and supportive environment thats more responsive to individual needs.Sapphire Unitsupports working-age adults with complex mental health needs, many of whom have co-occurring diagnosessuch as brain injuries and physical health conditions, and/or present with behaviours of concern.Emerald Unitprovides rehabilitation-focused care for individuals transitioning from secure settings to supported living. With a strong emphasis on progression, life skills development, and community reintegration, we empower people to work towards greater independence.Ruby Unitprovides complex dementia care for those who present needs beyond the scope of mainstream care providers, including physical health conditions and significant behaviours of concern. Thoughtfully designed, the unit promotes comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing.About the roleAs a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you wont just manage your home, youll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there.Youll be given a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, driving your team and pushing for continuous improvement daily.
