With a strong emphasis on progression, life skills development, and community reintegration, we empower people to work towards greater independence.Ruby Unitprovides complex dementia care for those who present needs beyond the scope of mainstream care providers, including physical health conditions and significant behaviours of concern. Thoughtfully designed, the unit promotes comfort, independence, and overall wellbeing.About the roleAs a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you wont just manage your home, youll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there.Youll be given a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, driving your team and pushing for continuous improvement daily.
