Regional T.I.V. Engineer (Level 2 Electrical) | Regional | Full Time | £36,000–£40,000 per annum\n\nAre you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a dynamic, hands-on role with variety and responsibility?\n\nOur client is seeking a Regional Maintenance Engineer (Level 2 Electrical) to join their Tech-In-Van service in the SW Area, providing high-quality reactive and proactive maintenance across multiple retail stores in your allocated region. You’ll play a key role in keeping stores safe, functional, and compliant with Health & Safety standards — all while working with a supportive, professional team.\n\nWhat’s in it for you?\n\n23 days holiday + bank holidays + your birthday off\nCompany van and tools provided\nOpportunity to work across multiple sites with autonomy and responsibility\nExtensive travel across your region, including 4–5 overnight stays per month, depending on location\nExposure to multi-trade tasks\nAre you the right person for the job?\n\nIdeally based in or near Exeter, covering the SW region on a scheduled basis\nQualified electrician (City & Guilds Electrical Installations Part 1 & Part 2, or 5-year NVQ equivalent)\nAble to undergo DBS check\n18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) knowledge\nCSCS accredited\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in Electrical & Plumbing maintenance\nSkilled in Carpentry, Minor Brickwork, Painting & Decorating, and general handyman tasks\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills\nClean, valid UK driving licence (no more than 6 points)\nAbility to use a mobile phone/tablet to complete and upload daily work reports\nWhat will your role look like?\n\nProactively visit your regional stores to maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and store fabric\nAttend emergency reactive calls to meet client SLA requirements\nCarry out electrical, plumbing, carpentry, minor brickwork, painting, and handyman tasks as needed\nManage and maintain van stock, reporting usage via a bespoke online system\nLiaise with store managers to ensure works are completed and logged accurately\nProvide detailed reports for further works or quotes where required\nDeliver excellent customer service while supporting the Account Delivery Team\nThis role involves extensive travel across your region, with occasional overnight stays away from home.\n\nWhat’s next?
