About the Role This is a varied and rewarding regional role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our Managing Director and operational teams, providing hands‑on leadership across both regulated and non‑regulated services. You’ll help guide services through change, embed best practice, support quality improvements and ensure our colleagues have the confidence, tools and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes. From coaching Registered Managers and stepping in during times of increased need, to supporting new referrals and quality reviews, your influence will reach across the whole region. You may also take on CQC registration for individual services when required, giving you the opportunity to deepen your regulatory experience and further grow your leadership capability. This role involves travel throughout the South & South East and requires flexibility. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys developing others.
