Regional Support Manager – Children’s Residential

Location: UK Wide (North / Midlands / South)

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Quarterly Bonus + £7,500 Welcome Bonus

Hours: Full-time

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support multiple children’s residential homes across your region.

You’ll work closely with Registered Managers and teams to strengthen services, improve quality, and ensure high standards of care and compliance.

This is a hands-on role where you will step in when needed, providing leadership, guidance, and stability across a small portfolio of homes.

What You’ll Need

• Experience within children’s residential services
• Strong leadership across multiple services or teams
• Good understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulations
• Ability to support and develop Registered Managers
• NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
• Full UK driving licence
