Regional SHE Advisor

Reporting into Senior Management you will be:
• Providing support and assistance to senior management and workforce on SHE issues
• Attend pre-commencement meetings as requested to proactively contribute to the initial decisions made by the contract team.
• Ensure buy-in and compliance with company policy, procedures and legislation
• Promoting a positive H&S Culture within the company
• Assisting the Regional SHE Manager to prepare health and safety strategies and develop internal policy.
• Produce RAMS and SSOW for site
• Performing site visits and audits including reporting and follow up actions
You will well-versed in coaching and mentoring personnel, controlling their safety output on-site and ensuring compliance across a diverse and challenging risk portfolio. You will be:
• An excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships from site to board level
• NEBOSH-qualified
• Experienced in civil engineering hazards, particularly groundworks (ESSENTIAL)
• A solutions-led H&S professional, capable of identifying and managing risk
