We therefore encourage early applications. Purpose of Post: We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our All Service One aftermarket team, based in mainland GB. The role involves managing and creating sales opportunities across key accounts, new and developing clients, and the retail market in the nominated region. Key Tasks: Contribute to the development and delivery of our largest UK sales opportunities Help develop strategy, implementing appropriate initiatives to ensure delivery of strategy Key driver in the sales team, managing sales, achieving growth, and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets Customer Relationship Management - build and maintain effective customer relationships Promote Wrightbus and the products throughout your assigned geographical area Thoroughly understand the company products, pricing, unique selling points, industry, and position Wrightbus to match customers' needs and expectations Customer profiling to understand their purchasing needs and how they relate to Wrightbus products Managing All Service One sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and cost controls Grow sales with current customers to achieve budget targets Tracking customer sales goals by customer and reporting results on a weekly and monthly basis Promoting All Service One to all customers and attending trade shows as required to further products and services Develop new customer accounts in line with sales growth targets Set and deliver sales targets in line with monthly and yearly KPIs Develop alternative supply chains in conjunction with the All Service One purchasing team Interact between customers, Regional Service Managers & Ballymena based team Report on trends and where necessary implement recovery plans to achieve set monthly targets Prepare and deliver monthly reports including budget reports to senior team members with recommendations for improvement if required At all times maintain the company's ethos on customer satisfaction, without allowing the customers to take undue advantage Develop sales, parts ordering and communication processes for the Customer Sales Team Ensure business progression of part sales through motivation and product knowledge education Essential Criteria: Third level qualification in Sales, Marketing or Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent) OR At least 5 years' experience working in a sales environment of which 3 years' must be at a senior level in direct sales. Demonstrate a proven track record of sales within commercial and/or automotive industry managing contract Proven delivery of year on year growth for a minimum of 3 years. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with customer relationship management experience.
