Our client is a leading flexible packaging manufacturer known for innovation and high-quality solutions across various industries. They are committed to sustainable practices and delivering exceptional value to their customers. With a strong market presence and a focus on growth, they offer a dynamic and rewarding environment for ambitious sales professionals.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing existing accounts, developing new business by upselling and cross selling
- Identifying new business opportunities within the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Pharma sectors
- Nurturing existing client relationships ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborating closely with internal teams, including R&D, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution
- Providing accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities and markets
Key attributes required:
- Proven track record of success in a Regional Sales Manager role within the flexible packaging industry
- Experience selling into the Food & Beverage, Home & Personal Care, Cosmetics, and Pharma sectors
- Understanding of flexible packaging solutions and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
