Your new company Our client are a multinational logistics company with a nationwide portfolio. They are hiring a Regional Property Manager to join their central facilities & property team to deliver maintenance services, including projects, to their 'South' region. You will generally be home-based travelling to sites and working at them 3-4 days per week (can have a working base at a site close to you).

Your new role As Regional Property Manager, you will take ownership for the delivery of maintenance services and projects for 10+ large commercial sites in the south region. You will work to project assets and meet the company's business requirements as well as ensure legal responsibilities. Key duties will include: Delivering the annual Leasehold and capital works within budget and program. Obtaining competitive and value for money quotations. Ensuring all plant and equipment is serviced and maintained in accordance with all Statutory Regulations and good practice. Ensuring all day-to-day repairs and call-outs are attended to and carried out to the expected high standards. Manage the preparation and delivery of property projects. Manage the delivery of repair and maintenance works, as well as refurbishment and alteration projects, via preferred suppliers.
