Nurseplus is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee and support multiple branches across the North region, focusing on branch performance, growth, leadership development, and operational excellence.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing Branch Managers and their teams to improve performance, drive business growth, and ensure branches operate efficiently and profitably. You will work closely with senior leadership to implement business strategy and deliver regional growth.

This role will involve regular travel across the North region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage multiple branches across the North region
• Drive branch performance, growth, and profitability
• Coach and develop Branch Managers and their teams
• Identify new business opportunities and support business development activity
• Monitor branch KPIs, performance, and financial targets
• Support recruitment, retention, and team development across branches
• Ensure branches operate in line with company standards and compliance requirements
• Implement company strategy and operational improvements across the region
• Support underperforming branches to improve performance and stability

About You

• Experience in an Operations Manager, Regional Manager, or Multi-Site Manager role
• Background in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or a sales-driven environment
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Commercially driven with experience managing performance and budgets
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willing to travel regularly across the North region
