Job Title: Regional Member Support Manager

Salary : £55,000 + Car + package

Locations: South West UK

Remote Role - once a Month in office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations across clients to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. Deliver training on clients standards and processes, supporting a smooth and consistent onboarding experience for new clients . Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified partner prospects to support continuous network expansion. Drive service quality through operational improvements and the implementation of best practices. Conduct regular partner performance reviews, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help achieve KPIs. Submit structured weekly reports to the Head of Operations, maintaining open communication to safeguard and advance clients strategic goals. Define and communicate clear performance targets aligned with clients Agreements and overall business objectives.
