Field based with a need to travel throughout the UK and attend meetings at any specified location as required. Overall Responsibility: To maintain and develop the Companys Sales resources, in the defined region, through the active management of a Branch network. To assist in the production of sales budgets for Branches in the Region and commit to their achievement of Company Sales and Profit Targets. To recommend, plan and implement ways of increasing the Companys market share via Branch Managers and Field Sales Representation. Develop and be accountable for Branch sales to Companies, Organisations and Authorities that have a regional or central buying activity. To maintain an active interface with head office functions to ensure that Branch Sales are maximised and that Managers time is used effectively. Ensure that personal skills are sufficient to control the function and deliver a valid interpretation of current issues to the company. To maintain and develop company admin functions to ensure profitability is maximised. to ensure that the Brand Daily Admin Reports are actioned fully. To conduct quarterly audits and ensure the implementation of any shortfall.
