*Multiple vacancies across new Contracts in England*Mon to FriHome based with travel on a regional basisSalary plus car/allowance & healthcareHere at ISS, in the midst of major growth, following the mobilisation of several major Accounts, we are looking to recruit x3 Energy Managers to join our central Sustainability team.Here, reporting into a Senior Energy Manager you will provide an Energy Managment service across the contract(s).Depending on your location, you will either focus on a single account or multiple in your given region.These contracts are focused on government customers but also a central bank, with each customer possessing a sizeable estate, with a signficant energy footprint.You will be taking a lead role in supporting the deliver of year on year energy savingreductions to meet our client’s ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.This is a fantastic role for an established Energy professional looking to grow within built environment space for a major organisation.Actions will include:To ensure the effective management of energy resources to meet ISS’s and client’sobjectives and targets.To identify, develop and support the implementation of new energy related opportunities.Carry out all energy related tasks to ensure service provision and complianceTo motivate and train colleagues and customer organisations in good energy managementpracticesMaintain a thorough understanding of the energy requirements (legal, statutory and technicalissues) which are applicable to and/or affect the Clients business.Promote energy efficiency and provide advice and support for the development of energyDevelop energy saving conservation measures (ECM’s) with associated Return onInvestment (ROI)Develop and advise on energy solutions, developing these into working projectsUndertake energy surveys in customers premises (offices and retail)We need from you:Comparable experience and an ability to pass a Government security checkThe CompanyISS is a global leader in workplace and facilities management, helping organisations create environments where people and businesses can thrive.
