OverviewQuest is looking for a seasoned and proven team player with high energy and initiative to fill a key role within the EMEA Channel Sales team as a Regional Channel Account Manager covering the UK & Ireland region. This role will be a key contributor to the sales and business development strategy as we look to further develop our network of partners in EMEA, building and developing strategic partnerships, managing existing and identifying new partners, raising executive relationships, defining go‑to‑market strategies and driving field engagement with the regional sales teams.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and recruit new specialized partners who can drive growth in key Quest solution areasManage existing partners, define growth strategies, build and execute joint business plans through a variety of marketing activities agreed with the partnersManage the regional sales pipeline and forecastEnsure partners adhere to the requirements of the Quest partner programBuild strategic relationships, plan, develop and execute GTM strategyUnderstand partners' strategy, and identify potential partnership opportunitiesWork with partners to identify new sales opportunities and expand joint businessActively collaborate with country/regional sales teams in identifying, advancing and closing opportunitiesWork with partners’ executives and sales organization to define and prioritize strategies needed to grow sales jointlyDrive lead generation and account planning activitiesBe the primary owner of partner leads and manage them to generate opportunitiesDetermine partner onboarding needs including global training planning and deliveryPlan, manage and execute executive interlock activities establishing a regular connection between Quest executives and partner counterpartsMeet or exceed assigned sales targetsBuild out formal annual business plans for each focus partner that includes executive interlock, joint offerings, strategy, enablement, lead generation and account alignmentSupport partner activities in regionQualificationsWillingness to travel as neededMinimum 10+ years of experience working with partners, with existing connections highly desirableMinimum 10+ years of successful experience selling into strategic accountsGood understanding of Data & AI solutions and ability to articulate the value propositionHistory of developing and executing partner go‑to‑market plans with influential market playersAbility to build a solid business plan, including training, enablement, demand generation, account planning and other required tasks to drive and grow the partnershipAbility to drive field engagement to produce meaningful pipeline development across all segmentsCreative problem‑solving, and the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced environment while working remotelyTrack record of exceeding targetsExcellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, relationship building skillsAbility to work both independently and as a team playerSound business acumen; thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic work environmentFluent in EnglishPreferred RequirementsExisting relationship with partner executives with capabilities in the Quest solution areas and a history of successfully developing joint businessMBA or EMBA is desirableWhy QuestCompetitive pay, annual bonuses, and top‑performer recognitionComprehensive health, family, and retirement benefitsFlexible work options, generous PTO, and wellness programsProfessional growth through learning platforms, mentorship, and leadership programsInclusive teams that reflect the world we serve, supported by Employee Resource Groups and our Equality & Inclusion CouncilQuest is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
