This is a key role within a high-profile scheme involving residential acquisition and demolition , requiring both technical delivery capability and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Key Responsibilities Lead delivery of capital regeneration projects involving acquisition and demolition Act as a key public-facing representative , engaging directly with residents Work closely with legal teams and internal stakeholders to progress acquisitions Manage internal and external comms to maintain stakeholder alignment Oversee programme delivery in line with funding and governance requirements Key Requirements xehkeey Proven experience in project management within capital delivery Strong public sector experience (local authority preferred) Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage complex programmes with multiple stakeholders Please contact Alex Miller or Rebecca Martin for more details.
