Refrigeration Service Engineer
Location: Field-based - multiple customer sites across the North West region
Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (DOE) + Overtime + Call Out Retainer
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join their expanding team to cover the Bolton, Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston areas.

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs , PPM maintenance , and occasional installations of refrigeration equipment across a range of customer sites. Excellent customer service and clear communication are key to this role. It is essential that you have working knowledge on equipment such like ice machine, cellar cooling, cold rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
Reactive service and fault-finding on refrigeration systems
Planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
Participation in a 1-in-5 standby/call-out rota (core hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm)
Completing paperwork accurately and on time
