Refrigeration Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and driven Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing, forward-thinking engineering business operating across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, while also supporting wider business objectives including client engagement and project delivery.

The Role- Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of refrigeration systems
- Attend breakdowns, diagnose faults, and carry out effective repairs in a timely manner
- Work across complex systems including chillers, process cooling, blast freezers, and cold rooms
- F-Gas qualified with NVQ Level 2 (Level 3 or above desirable)
- Strong experience working on commercial and/or industrial refrigeration systems
- Confident working with chillers and HFC/HFO refrigerants
- Full UK driving licence
- Commercial & Industrial Refrigeration Systems
- Process Cooling within Food & Beverage Manufacturing
- Air & Water-Cooled Chillers
- Spiral xbpsjku Chill & Freeze Systems
- Cold Rooms & Freezer Rooms
- Blast Chillers & Freezers
- Condensing Units & Pack Systems
- 40 hours per week (door-to-door paid)
- Overtime
- On-call rota (approx. 1 in 7):
- Standby allowance
- Call-outs paid at enhanced rates
- Company van (business & personal use)
- Laptop and mobile device provided
- 31 days holiday (including bank holidays)
