Key Responsibilities
Sourcing and screening candidates
Matching candidates to client vacancies
Conducting initial interviews and candidate registrations
Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients
Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining the database
Supporting inductions for existing clients
Ensuring all candidates adhere to compliance procedures and are fully compliant before placement
