Caval Ltd are looking to expand their extraordinarily busy and market leading Civil Engineering recruitment division with a Trainee Resourcer / Labour Manager.The position is an immediate start (following face to face interview process) and based in our city centre Leeds office.Overall, you will be supporting our busy Civil Engineering division, reporting to a line manager and gaining training and invaluable experience in a sales / recruitment / office environment along the way. It would be a great way to learn the industry and successful candidates will be looking at promotion to Recruitment Consultant after around 12 months. Upon successful probation completion, usually 3 months, you will also be entitled to commission every month. This amount can vary based on the performance of the division as a whole.
