Key Responsibilities As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups Work collaboratively with Course Tutors and staff to support student development What to Expect at the Recruitment Event Event dates: The recruitment event will include: Presentation College managers will provide an overview of the Learning Support Assistant role and daily expectations. Group Interview You will have the opportunity to introduce yourself, discuss your experience, and demonstrate your knowledge of supporting young people and safeguarding.
