branch as an Industrial Recruitment Consultant to grow and manage a desk that supplies temporary Industrial staff to clients in the surrounding area. You can also join as a Trainee Recruitment Associate if you have a passion for sales, business development and building long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Identifying client leads and making business to business outbound sales calls Developing existing, new and lapsed business and client relationships Sales activities, outbound business development calls and working to targets Travelling to visit clients for service and sales meetings so ideally you will need to drive and have access to your own car Sourcing and recruiting staff for temporary industrial bookings Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating internal systems Blue Arrow is a leading global Talent Acquisition and Managed Workforce Solutions provider.
