The Role:
As either a trainee or experienced Recruiter/Resourcer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our teams to help find, attract, and build relationships with construction and civils operatives in support of our local, regional and national clientele.
The opportunity is an ideal platform for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment within the construction and civils industry, and will be supported with full training and on-going mentoring.
Key Responsibilities Include :
* Proactively sourcing construction candidates for roles
* After training posting job adverts across job boards & social platforms
* Screening and qualifing applicants via phone and in-person
