Location: Caerphilly, UK (2 days WFH per week)

Are you a driven recruitment professional and a proven track record in sales? We’re seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team in Caerphilly, recruiting top-tier technology talent across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while working in a supportive and ambitious environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Full 360 Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Client Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic sales and networking.
• Candidate Sourcing: Use innovative methods to attract and engage top technology professionals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Market Expertise: Stay informed about technology industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively address challenges to deliver successful outcomes for clients and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 1+ years of 360 recruitment experience.
• 1+ years of proven sales experience.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
