Overview Our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Resourcer to join their well-established interim legal resourcing division. This is an excellent opportunity to support the delivery of high-quality interim legal solutions to a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will play a key role in identifying talent, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating recruitment processes, and supporting the wider growth of the interim consulting function. Responsibilities Support the full resourcing and shortlisting process for interim and consultancy assignments Coordinate interviews in collaboration with the Resourcing Administrator Maintain regular contact with active consultants, monitoring performance and potential redeployment Contribute to internal team projects and continuous improvement initiatives Identify business development opportunities using tools such as LinkedIn and market insights Build strong working relationships with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders Deliver commercial targets in line with service-level agreements and annual objectives Requirements 1–2 years’ recruitment experience (agency or in-house); experience in legal or professional services is ...
