The Role:
Sourcing and qualifying top candidates for key vacancies
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
Market mapping and developing new business opportunities (business development)
Working towards monthly revenue and promotion targets
Managing and nurturing your candidate database
Developing expertise within your chosen industry niche
Candidate Profile & Requirements:
Experience in B2B or B2C sales preferred, but not essential
Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
