Manpower is pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Acton.
In this role, you will specialise in either permanent or temporary staffing solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and build relationships with businesses seeking growth and help them secure top talent. You will also develop strong connections with current and future candidates to ensure successful placements.

Key Responsibilities
Become a Subject Matter Expert in your chosen market vertical by researching and understanding client industries, strategies, work culture, and recruitment practices.
Use sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to position Manpower as a supplier of choice, winning new business and building a strong client portfolio.
Develop multiple relationships within existing clients to grow opportunities and maintain long-term partnerships.
Leverage social media for market research, client engagement, job advertising, candidate attraction, and relationship building.
Headhunt passive talent and approach suitable candidates who are currently employed.
Utilise candidate databases to match candidates to client vacancies.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: reviewing applications, shortlisting, qualifying candidates, and preparing CVs for submission.
Brief candidates on job responsibilities, salary, and benefits, and organise interviews while providing timely feedback.
Negotiate salaries and rates with clients and candidates.
Provide market insights on salaries, pay rates, training, and career progression.
Work towards and exceed individual and team targets.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal guidelines.
Continuously review recruitment strategies to improve effectiveness.
