Recruitment Consultant – Hospitality (Hotels) Location: London Working Pattern: Monday to Friday Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a passion for the hospitality sector? We're looking for a driven and personable individual to join our growing team, supporting a wide range of hotels across London with their recruitment needs. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performing team where you will play a key role in developing client relationships and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across all levels of hotel staffing. I am seeking a Consultant that is ready to build and start a new adventure by growing and developing there own desk to a successful growing business with in my team. Key Responsibilities: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing hotel clients Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across both front-of-house and back-of-house roles Proactively developing new business opportunities within the hospitality sector Managing client accounts and ensuring a high level of service delivery Maintaining and updating internal database systems with accurate candidate and client information Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes What We're Looking For: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the hotel or wider hospitality sector Strong business development skills and a confident approach to client engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using recruitment systems and general computer applications A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude What We Offer: A supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunities for career growth and development Exposure to a wide range of prestigious hotel clients across London Competitive salary and performance-based incentives If you're a motivated recruitment professional looking to take the next step in your career within the hospitality sector, we'd love to hear from you.
