We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to join our Manchester Team situated in the city centre, due to large scale growth.DRNewitt are looking to scale up in 2026 due to a very strong end to 2025. Brilliant time to be joining the group.
Previous recruitment experience is not required, ideally you will be degree qualified with either a 1stClass or 2:1, plus 6-12 months sales experience working within a B2B environment, but not essential. We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals with a passion for sales and building relationships.

Training will be headed up by our L&D Manager (previous Recruiter to a VERY high standard). You will be put through our very own training academy where you will be given all the tools & coaching to be the best.
The role:
Search and select suitable candidates for your vacancies.
Identify business development opportunities daily.
Build a strong network of candidates and clients.
Negotiate contracts, agreements and manage the recruitment process from start to finish on behalf of the companies we partner with.
