Recruitment Consultant- Financial Services

Permanent | Hybrid | £28,000- £35,000 P/A DOE, Plus uncapped commission and benefits

We’re hiring into one of our most established and reputable divisions: Eden Rose – Financial Services, part of the BGI group.

This is not a cold desk, you’ll inherit a warm client base and work alongside a respected team with a reputation for delivery across the UK.

Our clients already trust us. Your role is to deepen those partnerships while identifying and converting new opportunities across a growing market.

About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with our financial services division, you’ll join a team known for making placements within their first 7 weeks, thanks to a well-established market presence and consistently high demand across all regions. You’ll be working with both SMEs and national firms, many of whom are repeat clients.

• Manage and expand existing client accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and deepening long-term partnerships
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across wealth and finance verticals
• Develop new business through targeted outreach to warm leads, referrals, and identified growth sectors within financial services
• Source, qualify and manage candidates across a wide range of roles within wealth management and finance
• Run full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates
• Stay informed of sector trends to provide consultative advice and market intelligence to clients
• Contribute to the continued success and growth of the Eden Rose brand within financial services
• Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team-wide performance and knowledge sharing
