to £40,000 basic + uncapped commission A growing professional services recruitment team in Manchester is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help expand its Business Support division. This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands the value of strong operational teams, and wants to build a successful desk in a consistently high-demand market.

Youll be partnering with organisations across professional services, property, finance, commercial SMEs and national brands, supporting them with the people who keep their businesses running: administrators, office managers, HR support, customer service teams, coordinators and wider operational staff. The role

This position offers the chance to take ownership of a warm but growing desk, develop long-term client relationships and become a trusted specialist in the business support space.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the full recruitment cycle across administrative, operational and support-function roles

Building relationships with hiring managers across multiple sectors

Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through headhunting, networking and referrals

Developing your own niche within the wider Business Support market

Providing clients with market insight, salary guidance and hiring advice

Representing the team at networking events and industry meet-ups What were looking for

Recruitment experience within any professional services or commercial market

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly

A commercially minded approach with the confidence to grow a desk
