You will operate as a true partner to the business, shaping hiring strategy, influencing stakeholders, and delivering recruitment solutions in a competitive and technically complex market.We need someone really good - experienced, credible, and confident operating in engineering-led environments.Job DescriptionAct as the Recruitment Business Partner to Aqua Consultants and Professional Services leadersOwn end-to-end recruitment for specialist roles including engineers, consultants and professional services professionalsBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing trusted advice and challenge where neededDevelop proactive sourcing strategies, including market mapping and talent pipelining for niche skillsetsBring insight into the engineering and environmental consultancy market, including talent availability and trendsDrive direct hiring approaches and reduce reliance on agencies where appropriateEnsure a high-quality candidate experience that reflects Adler & Allan's values and brandManage priorities across multiple roles while maintaining quality and paceQualificationsProven experience as a Recruitment Business Partner or Senior TA Partner (in-house or embedded)Strong knowledge of engineering, environmental, infrastructure or professional services rolesDemonstrable success recruiting specialist, hard-to-fill technical positionsConfidence working with senior technical stakeholders and business leadersA consultative approach - able to influence, advise and challenge constructivelyComfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environmentA hands-on recruiter who enjoys getting into the detail of complex rolesAdditional InformationAdler and Allan are committed to fostering diversity and inclusion in our workplace.
