The Opportunity This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a high-performing senior consultant who wants: Their first branch management role Full ownership of a local market The chance to build, grow, and lead a team in industrial & logistics recruitment Youll be supported by an experienced leadership team, centralised back-office functions, and a business that genuinely understands the industrial market. What Youll Be Doing Managing and growing the Cambridge branch Billing on a strong industrial / warehousing desk Developing key client relationships across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing Leading from the front

setting standards, mentoring consultants, and driving performance Recruiting, training, and developing your own team over time Owning branch P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy (with support) Who Were Looking For An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (or equivalent) Strong background in industrial / warehousing recruitment Logistics recruitment exposure is highly desirable Proven billing history and client management skills Someone ready to step into leadership and accountability Commercially minded, motivated, and confident managing people Based in or able to commute to Cambridge Whats in It for You Competitive basic salary ( Starting at £40,000 but DOE can be negotiated) Uncapped commission Clear progression to Senior Branch / Area Management Autonomy to run and grow your own operation Strong back-office support (payroll, compliance, finance) A business that backs its managers and invests in growth Why Join Us?
