If you want a recruitment desk with purpose, pace and long-term career upside, this one hits all three. This Renewable & Green Energy Engineering division is scaling fast in Leeds, and theyre looking for a consultant who wants to build a name in one of the UKs most future-proof technical markets.

Youll be working with EPCs, developers and engineering consultancies delivering solar, BESS, wind, hydrogen and wider net-zero projects. Its a market with real momentum and zero signs of slowing down.

What youll be doing

Running a full 360 desk across engineering and project delivery.

Building relationships with energy developers, EPCs and specialist consultancies.

Headhunting niche technical talent across Grid, HV, Design, Project Delivery and O&M.

Growing your own specialist vertical within the renewables space.

What were looking for

Recruitment experience from any related market.

Confident communicator with commercial awareness and resilience.

Interest in sustainability, clean energy and the net-zero sector.
