As a Receptionist, you'll support the smooth running of the front desk by:

Opening and closing daily shifts Checking guests in and out efficiently Ensuring all billing is accurate and up to date Dealing with guest requests in a professional manner Allocating rooms and managing availability Handling incoming phone calls Completing thorough handovers to the next shift Supporting with any other reasonable requests from your Line ManagerWhat we're looking for:

To be successful as a Receptionist, you'll ideally have:
