Description

As the Receptionist, you will:

Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Answer and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and post.
Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
Provide support to other departments within the organisation when needed.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and well-organised at all times.

A successful Receptionist should have:

Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
