Your new role We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join the team of a busy adults day centre in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering excellent administrative support. The main duties of this role include answering phone calls, updating registers, welcoming visitors, answering emails and liaising with parents, drivers and other staff. As this role is working within a day centre for adults with physical and learning disabilities, experience in a similar environment would be an advantage. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have prior administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a similar setting. You must also have strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and be able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of working with people with learning disabilities would also be advantageous.
