Receptionist
\n\n£32,000 – £38,000 depending on experience + competitive bonus scheme
\n\nCentral London, Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm
\n\nWe are looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join a highly regarded global advisory firm. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves being the face of a business and thrives on providing outstanding service to colleagues, clients and visitors alike.
\n\nWorking as part of a small front of house team of two, you will be central to the smooth running of the office and client experience.
\n\nKey responsibilities include:
\n\n- \n\t
- Creating a warm, professional welcome for all visitors and clients \n\t
- Managing a high volume of meeting room bookings, liaising across the business to ensure seamless coordination \n\t
- Organising catering and refreshments, remembering guest and stakeholder preferences to deliver a personal touch \n\t
- Partnering with colleagues throughout the firm to anticipate needs and provide exceptional support \n\t
- Handling incoming calls, correspondence and ad-hoc administrative tasks \n\t
- Ensuring the reception area and meeting rooms are maintained to the highest standard \n
What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in a front of house or reception role within a professional services, corporate or client-facing environment \n\t
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly across all levels \n\t
- A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail \n\t
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience \n
