Main duties:
Greeting visitors when they arrive
Assisting with maintaining the signing in system
Assisting in ordering stationery, some site equipment, and welfare equipment
Assisting with printer or copier issues as they arise.
Assisting with the cleaning company and ensuring they adhere to their contract.
General Admin Tasks - laminating, helping with security passes.

Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience in creating and storing shared documents. (desirable)
