The Role
As the Reception Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a rich and engaging EYFS curriculum that supports both academic and personal development. Your responsibilities will include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality, play-based learning experiences
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress in line with EYFS expectations
• Working closely with teaching assistants, parents, and the wider Early Years team
• Supporting smooth transitions into school life and beyond
