Position Overview:

They are seeking a results-oriented Real Estate Originator to source and originate new real estate lending or acquisition opportunities. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter with a strong network, market knowledge, and a proven track record of generating deal flow in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and originate new real estate investment or lending opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, investors, and lenders
• Analyse and underwrite potential deals, including financial modelling and market analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, legal, asset management) to bring deals to close
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
• Track and report on pipeline performance and market trends

Requirements:

• 5-10+ years of experience in real estate origination, investment sales, mortgage brokerage, or lending
• Strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to generate qualified leads
• Knowledge of real estate finance, valuation methods, and transaction structuring
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, business, or related field preferred
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented approach
