They boast an exceptional client-base including private and public companies, private equity firms and financial institutions.

Their market-leading Real Estate Finance team is now looking to make a pivotal team hire and bring on a Senior Associate for their London office.

The Opportunity

The firm have one of the broadest banking and finance practices of any international city law firm, which their Real Estate Finance team sits within.

The Real Estate Finance team acts for lenders and borrowers on complex multi jurisdictional transactions and are at the forefront of the market and often involved in high profile deals.

They cover a range of complex and high-profile real estate finance transactions including investment, development, structured real estate financings, loan-on-loan, debt portfolio acquisitions, Sharia-compliant structures, financings and refinancings of existing facilities.

They are now seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor working at Senior Associate level to work closely with the team's leading Partners.

Requirements

• UK qualified Real Estate Finance Solicitor
• Must already be working at Senior Associate level
• Have between 5 - 8 years' PQE
• Must have experienced at a comparable international law firm in London
